Good People.
Strong Work.
Built to Last.
Meet Remmington Sanders, owner and proprietor of Sanders Construction. Known to many around the community as “Coach,” Remmington brings the same leadership, dedication, and team-first mentality to construction that he brings to the lacrosse field.
With a career in construction and skilled trades spanning more than two decades, Remmington brings a depth of hands-on experience to every project. He got his start at just 16, working in property maintenance, home renovations, and building barns and fences. At 19, he joined the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), spending the next nine years as an electrician. During that time, he worked on industrial, commercial, and residential projects, along with specialized troubleshooting of motor controls.
After building his second home in Tennessee, Remmington wanted to put his growing range of skills to work in new ways. He went on to spend six years managing building and machine maintenance at two large industrial manufacturing facilities. There, he expanded his expertise across multiple trades, developed practical problem-solving skills, and gained valuable experience finding solutions to complex challenges.
That combination of hands-on knowledge, technical expertise, and real-world problem-solving is what Remmington brings to Sanders Construction.
As the Varsity, JV, and Middle School Lacrosse Coach for Chelsea Public Schools, Remmington also knows the value of hard work, preparation, and doing things the right way. Those same values are at the heart of Sanders Construction.
A husband, father of two, and farm boy at heart, Remmington has a particular appreciation for barn-style homes and projects that combine character, craftsmanship, and functionality. Whether you're dreaming of a barndominium, tackling a major renovation, or planning your next construction project, he's passionate about helping bring your vision to life.

TESTIMONIALS
Client Success Stories: Hear What Our Clients Say
Sanders Construction came out to my house this week to remove nearly 1,500 sq ft of decking over a delicate rubber flat-roof membrane. Not only did they work quickly, but they carefully removed thousands of screws without a single puncture to the EPDM roofing. It was a dirty job, and they cleaned up beautifully.
The crew was super professional and kind. I would have them back any day of the week! Highly recommend!

Came out and did fantastic work for some miscellaneous jobs I wanted done. The windmill needed blades replaced and all the tips painted and it turned out looking like new. Then he put in the post to hang the big black farm bell that’s been in my family for 100 years. Plus had to fabricate a handle for it. In my garage he built the work bench. I’m very happy with the work Sanders Construction did for me and would highly recommend Remmington Sanders!!!

Had a really good experience with Sanders Construction. The crew was professional, easy to communicate with, and did a solid job from start to finish. They paid attention to the details and kept the work moving without unnecessary hassle. The finished project looks great, and I’m happy with how everything turned out. Definitely a company I’d recommend for construction work.
